Who we are

Our family's winemaking tradition has its roots in the 1960s, a time when wine was not just a drink, but a symbol of conviviality and artisanal passion. It all began with our grandparents, who, with dedication and love for the land, produced a wine intended exclusively for family and close friends. Every autumn, the grape harvest was a sacred rite: expert hands collected the ripe grapes under the golden late-season sun, choosing only the best to obtain a genuine and sincere product.

Over the years, the tradition has consolidated, becoming a precious legacy passed down from generation to generation. The knowledge acquired over time has intertwined with respect for nature and ancient winemaking techniques, without ever giving in to the temptation of industrial compromises. Our wine has always remained true to its essence: pure, authentic and free of any artificial additives.

As our wine was shared with friends and acquaintances, interest and appreciation for its unique and genuine taste grew. So, with great enthusiasm, we decided to no longer limit ourselves to producing it only for the family, but to make it accessible to everyone, keeping our original recipe and traditional techniques intact. We wanted every sip to tell our story, our commitment and the indissoluble bond with our land.

This is how the Dolcetto dei Vini Biancotto , a wine that embodies the authenticity and passion of our family. Without the addition of colorants, preservatives or additives, it stands out for its purity and its characteristic slightly sparkling touch, which enhances its freshness and drinkability. Each bottle is the fruit of meticulous work, a deep respect for tradition and a philosophy that favors quality over quantity.

Today, our wine is appreciated by anyone who wants to rediscover the pleasure of a natural product, made with care and passion. Each glass tells the story of a family that, for over sixty years, has dedicated its heart and soul to the art of wine, carrying forward a dream born among the rows and matured over time, like the best of wines.
